Adopt-A-Park

Started in 1989 by the "Biggest Little City Committee" to encourage community involvement and pride in our parks, Adopt-A-Park was the seed that started Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, then known as Western Nevada Clean Communities.Boy Scout Troop 88 plants flowers at Bicentennial Park in Reno.

This year 60 volunteers planted over 5,000 flowers in area parks!
