Phone Book Recycling

Check out the Recycling Resource Guide in the

2010 AT&T Real Yellow Pages.

NEW! If you would like to find out what phone books are being delivered to your household or want to stop receiving your directory visit the Yellow Pages Association and click on Consumer Choice.

AT&T Project Redirectory has ended for 2009.  If you still have phone books that need to be recycled you can take them to Waste Management Recycle America locations at 1100 E. Commercial Row, Reno or 1455 E. Greg St, Sparks or put them on top of your curbside recyclables.

This year the Truckee Meadows recycled 40 tons of phone books.

As part of the phone book for trees campaign, the City of Reno collected 4.27 tons of phone books, the City of Sparks 3.26 tons of phone books and Washoe County 9.18 tons of phone books.  This will generate almost 300 new trees in our community parks!

A full wrap-of of the 2009 Project ReDirectory phone book recycling campaign is coming soon!

Project Partners include:
