Join Gear Hut and Washoe County's Natural Resource Team as we build a new trail at Huffaker Hills Openspace (Gear Hut's Adopted Spot!)

This will is a three-part event series in hopes we can finish the new trail by the end of the third event. Snacks, drinks, tools and personal protective equipment will be provided. 

The work will be strenuous and occur on uneven surfaces. Volunteers will be asked to move rocks, shovel and shape dirt and cut out vegetation. 

Due to the nature of the work we ask that volunteers are ages 13+. Volunteers are also required to wear closed toed shoes, long sleeved shirts and pants. *Subject to change due to weather*

Participation is LIMITED to 25 volunteers/event: Please REGISTER through Washoe County! You do NOT need to attend all three events to participate!
