Trash Talk Part 2 - Reduce

Join us on Monday March 27th at 6:00pm as KTMB hosts the second class of our two part series; Trash Talk, where we deep dive into the waste stream, metaphorically of course. Light refreshments and seating will be provided.

All registrants* will receive FREE a $10 coupon and entry into a giveaway valued over $75!

Part 2- Reduce: Did you know that our community sends about 5,000 tons of trash to the landfill everyday during the summer? To put that into perspective, that's the weight of 700 elephants, every day! But when we throw something away, does it really go away?

Join Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful to learn how to reduce the amount of waste that goes into the landfill, prevent litter and illegal dumping, and make informed choices about what you buy and the waste purchases create. Bring an old t-shirt to make your own t-shirt tote bag after the presentation!

*One coupon and giveaway entry per ticket purchase; if you purchased a ticket for Part 1 you will not receive a second coupon or entry into the second giveaway.
