VOLUNTEER FOR CHRISTMAS TREE RECYCLING!
Feeling helpful this holiday season? KTMB is seeking volunteers to help us run our 3 Christmas Tree Recycling sites. We have 2 shifts running daily: the morning shift is from 9 AM - 1 PM, and the afternoon shift is from 1 PM to 4:30 PM.

Need help with tree pickup? The Nevada Area Council of Scouts Troops can help! Visit their website to register for pickup on January 3rd, 4th, or 10th. Get all the details and book your pickup at the button below. There is a $20 fee for this program, with a portion going to KTMB.
RECYCLE YOUR BROKEN OR UNWANTED CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!
KTMB has partnered with Greater Nevada Credit Union to provide a safe, local way to recycle non-working or unwanted Christmas lights. From December 15 through January 11, residents can drop off holiday string lights at collection boxes located inside Greater Nevada Credit Union branches throughout the Reno and Sparks area.

KTMB ADOPT-A-SPOT PROGRAM
Businesses and community groups can adopt a park, an open space, or a spot along the Truckee River. Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful partners with local municipalities to identify high-need spots in our region.
