Your t-shirt will be sent after the second month's successful donation. Be sure to leave your t-shirt size and mailing address after hitting the SUBMIT button.

A minimum monthly donation of $20 is required to receive the t-shirt. We will mail the shirt on your second monthly installment. Check with your tax advisor to make sure you qualify for the full deduction.
