VOLUNTEER TO HELP OUT AT RAISE THE RIVER
Shift 1: Set-up
10:30 AM to 2:30 PM
12 Volunteers Needed.
Shift Details:
- Set tables and roll silverware
- Organize table numbers
- Pass out table handouts
- Set up event activities
- Help hang banners
Shift 2: Event Assistance
3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
10 Volunteers Needed. Volunteers must be over the age of 21.
Shift Details:
- Assist with guest check-in
- Assist with raffle table
- Show guests to their tables
- Minor cleanup and restocking as needed
Shift 3: Dinner Service
5:30 PM to 9:30 PM
15 Volunteers Needed. Volunteers must be over the age of 21.
Shift Details:
- Deliver food trays to tables (food handlers license not required)
- Serve food at the buffet
- Buss Tables
Shift 4: Post Event Cleanup - 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM
4 Volunteers Needed. Volunteers must be over the age of 21.
Shift Details:
Volunteers should expect to lift items up to 60 pounds.
- Assist with breaking down tables, pop-ups, and banners.
- Bussing tables
- Pack up materials
