Thank you so much for volunteering at our Great Community Cleanup! Without volunteers like you, this large-scale cleanup event would not be possible. Please find answers below to frequently asked questions.

What is the timeframe of the event?

Each site shift begins at 8 AM. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior. The shift ends at 12 PM. Our Volunteer Appreciation Picnic begins immediately after shift ends.

Where can I park?
There will be free parking available in the remote Aces parking lot on the SE corner of
E. Second St. and Lake Street. (kitty-corner from the Aces Stadium). Look for the "KTMB Event Parking” banners along the fence. Then it’s a short walk along Lake St. over the river to the Automobile Museum. Handicap parking will be available at the Automobile Museum. Feel free to drop off guests at the museum and then park in the lot.

What can I expect at the event?

Fun activities and drinks, including mocktails and coffee drinks, and a chance to learn more about KTMB and our sponsors during the cocktail reception.

You can purchase raffle tickets for fabulous prizes like a seven-night trip to a five-star, beachfront resort in Cabo San Lucas, a four-night stay at a Montana Ranch, golf at five different area courses, a private chef experience for six with wine, and so much more.

What should I wear?
It’s going to be warm outside, so dress accordingly. As for style, that is all you, but think business casual patio party. There will also be a Photo Booth on hand to capture the evening, so keep that in mind when picking your outfit for the evening.📸😁

How much are these raffle tickets?

We’re glad you asked! Get one ticket for $100, six tickets for $500, or stretch out your arm and we’ll roll raffle tickets from your armpit to your wrist for $1000! The more tickets you buy, the more chances you have to win!

What are we having for dinner?

You won’t go hungry with our delicious buffet-style dinner from Savory Catering, loaded with Caesar Salad, Mango Black Bean Salad, and Green Beans, plus Mashed Potatoes, Cornbread, and entrees of mouthwatering Texas Brisket and Roasted Chicken, with Desserts from the Grand Sierra Resort.
Wine will be provided on the tables. Rombauer Chardonnay and Zinfandel for our Raised Experience guests, and Bogle Cabernet and Acidity Trip Chardonnay on all other tables.

Still Thirsty?

There will be extra wine available for sale to enjoy with dinner or to take home as well. You can pre-order additional wines at the button below or purchase them at the event.
